How to Mac N Dos

MacNDos was born one moment when I was hungry. Dusty was hungry; his friends were hungry.  The cupboards were bare.  Being too hungry to consider driving to Taco bell, I decided I would whip up something quick and clever.  What came next was a wonderful gooey surprise similar to macaroni and cheese, although seriously flawed due to the lack of correct ingredients.

“This stuff is good” the crowd declared, one saying I should sell it and call it “Mac N Dos.” 

I have never been able to replicate it.  The best that I can tell people is that you just open the cupboards and throw stuff in a pot.    Much like my cooking, my blogging takes a similar approach.    And my blogging sometimes is about cooking, so it all comes full circle.  I’m clever like that.
